The Act! Contact Link allows you to use the Act! Web API to connect your Microsoft Exchange or Outlook.com account to your Act! database allowing you to view your Act! contact email history from directly within Outlook. Additionally, the Act! Contact Link also records your email history and allows you to create Act! contacts for recipients who do not already exist in your Act! database.

This essential tool enables users of Outlook® and Act! to quickly and easily identify Outlook email recipients as contacts in Act!, or to add new contacts to Act! directly from an Outlook® email.
Users of Act! Contact Link can see past interactions with known email contacts directly from within Outlook®, including Activities and History items. Act! History records are created from communications in Outlook®, with the text of the email being attached to all contact records. Additionally, users can create and schedule Act! To-Dos with known contacts in the email.
Use of the Act! Contact Link requires an active Act! subscription, and use of either Act! Web API or Act! Connect Link depending on your choice of deployment.
