The Act! Premium Contact Link allows you to use the Act! Premium Web API to connect your Microsoft Exchange or Outlook.com account to your Act! database allowing you to view your Act! contact email history from directly within Outlook. Additionally, the Act! Premium Contact Link also records your email history and allows you to create Act! contacts for recipients who do not already exist in your Act! database.

History records are created from communications in Outlook®, with the text of the email being attached to all contact records. Additionally, users can create and schedule Act! To-Dos with known contacts in the email.
